Ravelry

Wow. I read about Ravelry.com on a friend’s site. It looks deliciously organized. If I can’t get the rest of my life in order, maybe I can live vicariously through other knitters! I signed up of course…let’s see what happens. I hope I have a little to share with my fellow needle junkies out there.
I finally added those yummy Debbie Bliss “Cash” yarns to my website this week. I can’t wait to knit it up myself, as I’ve never owned any before. I can’t wait ’til it comes in! I hope to be one of the first, if not the first, to sell the new NORO Silk Garden Chunky. It comes in 6 scrumpdilyicious colors, as Mr. Noro knows what the hell he’s doing with all of his yarns. Please tell me…are ANY of his yarns ugly? I don’t think so. I have the new Kureyon colors and Silk Garden Lite, too!
I had a great meeting with my new Knitting Fever rep, Dave. He’s very down-to-Earth, likes to exercise, DRINKS HOT TEA, and enjoyed talking about his family. Very good traits in my book. I hope to have a very long relationship with him. He carries some very cool yarns. He also sold me Sirdar Snuggly Baby Bamboo, IN ALL COLORS, along with the book. The yarn in a great bargain at $5.95/ball, it’s 80% bamboo, 20% wool, and at 105 yds. is a bargain to be had. Wait ’til you see the colors! I’ll try to get it on the site today. Here’s the link anyway. It should work before 5 p.m. CDT, TODAY my little peeps.
I don’t want to give it all away today fellow knitches…more new yarns tomorrow!
