Herb Garden and New Yarn
I cooked a simple pasta sauce last night, using canned tomatoes (no, my tomato plants have not borne fruit yet), some local goat cheese from the Farmers’ Market, MY PARSLEY, AND MY BASIL!!!! I was so happy. It was a clean, fresh sauce. It was a big hit with DB. It’s so convenient to just walk out into the backyard and use my own herbs. I know where they are, and where they’ve been. If you don’t grow your own, you should try it!
On the yarn front:
I’ve got some Araucania Patagonia IN STOCK now! Here is a linkee if you’d like to lookee:
Araucania Patagonia I have knitted the “original” yarn studio pattern with this, Going to Patagonia, and I wash mine IN THE WASHING MACHINE, and dry it flat. Very convenient, considering it’s hand-dyed!
Have a Happy Monday!!!!

Checking in…
I notice the KAL isn’t very active at the moment. Are we still loving SKIF?
I love my Zena, but it’s put away for the season.
Admittedly, I put aside Neptune because the idea of warmer weather and knitting with mohair didn’t appeal to me.
But, I’ve been thinking that perhaps I should concoct a summertime intrepretation of one of the patterns. Any ideas?
