Thanks so much Robin, I'll try that next time! I won't have the energy to make another one for a while, and my boyfriend doesn't eat it fast enough for it not to go bad.

Becky, thank you for commenting. I was shocked that they didn't want to fix it, especially since I didn't DO anything to cause it to malfunction. I'm very disappointed in Canon, and if they don't do right by me, I will never buy another Canon, mark my words. I'm a very loyal customer to any company that wants to do the right thing. Maybe I should call them instead of going through their website.

Thanks olfety!

Diane, that sounds like a challenge to me!

I can't help the Lowe's. They were the only ones with the housewrap. I wanted to hang in upside down, but DB wouldn't let me. Camera's still broken, working on a real photo, tonight!

Re:Canon powershot; I'm surprised they didn't fix for free! I have an older powershot A300 that they even paid postage to send to them to fix free. I had found a list of models with faults & mine was on there. Perhaps you should try to convince them that your model needs to be placed on the list. I actually got to talk to an American when I called the toll free number!!!!! sorry for your problems with them.

I love, love, love the way you write -- and your brain, Papatya. Thanks for the description of the real way to see Paris! I've not ever been to Europe. The man in my life now (a high school classmate) wants to take me there and show me what he knows to experience. But first we may drive to the Tetons in September. His name is Larry, and he is in MO and lives 20 minutes north of my sister -- "it's HOME," and who knows when I may move there (to Southeast (Swampeast) MO in the "Bootheel" of the State. It's 150 miles north of MEM on I-55. He keeps me "laughing" and everything else -- been with him 2.5 months (since 09 May).

Hi Jerrie!
Thanks for reading the blog. Are you working through your piles of projects? I don't know when Teva's book will be out, but I'll try to stay on top of it. She doesn't know yet when it will be published. I hope you're well!
